In this commit BR2_PACKAGE_UCLIBC_SUPPORTS looks redundant with
BR2_PACKAGE_UCLIBC_ARCH_SUPPORTS, but for other C libraries, like glibc,
it can be different.
To be consistent, we use the same pattern for uClibc.
