package/fbv: fetch from sources.buildroot.net
Fixes https://gitlab.com/buildroot.org/buildroot/-/issues/73
Upstream is no longer accessible, and wget takes a long time (~7 minutes)
before it times out and falls back to s.b.n, so use that instead right away:
