We can't use BR2_PACKAGE_LIBOPENSSL to force selecting libopenssl, as
it is part of a choice. Instead, we have a symbol explicitly to force
libopenssl: BR2_PACKAGE_OPENSSL_FORCE_LIBOPENSSL.
Use that.
