Since commit [1], the testsuite build is unconditionally disabled
although we have the option BR2_PACKAGE_XENOMAI_TESTSUITE to
install Xenomai testsuite on the target.
Handle --disable-testsuite option with BR2_PACKAGE_XENOMAI_TESTSUITE.
