So, http://matrix.org/docs/spec would 302 to http://matrix.org/docs/spec/0.1.0, and in turn anyone linking to anchors could then get a unique and unbreakable link to http://matrix.org/docs/spec/0.1.0#voip or whatever, rather than all our http://matrix.org/docs/spec/#voip style links going stale or pointing to newer stuff than intended as the spec evolves
