on my nexus 7 (with CM 11, Android 4.4.4) I am able to use emojis, but not on n Nexus 4 (Stock Android 5.0)
I did not install an additional keyboard on both devices...

Additional info.
The emojis are also accessable on my Nexus 5 with stock android when pressing the "Return" key long.
Is there a way to move the access of the emojis on the left side from the text input field, so that we have the emojis in direct access?
