body: Furthermore, there is inexplicably some chunky whitespace just above the bottom row (where you type) between the content (recents/chat window/user list) and the edge of the bottom row. I can't see any {{<div>}} using this space.

This is still not fixed. More specifically, it breaks on chrome when you have a long title.
