body: Ugh, annoyingly {{$http}} doesn't seem to support {{$q.notify}} progress... it's been added in https://github.com/angular/angular.js/pull/9258/commits but not merged in yet :/

body: Proposing we just use https://github.com/danialfarid/angular-file-upload rather than getting involved with the tangled discussion on how best to expose the progress listener. The demo on there does indeed do progress bars.
