Fixed.

This would've been particularly cryptic given denying it once denies it forevar on chrome unless you hit the tiny camera with an X. Calls do _appear_ to spontaneously fail after accepting.
|
|
|
|
This now uses an error dialog so it's much more in your face when something goes wrong. This applies to all forms of call errors.
