body: i mean "any event which changes how the room logic behaves". e.g. power level changes; display names changes; avatar changes; room topic changes; room name changes... in the 'matrix console' client i'd suggest that we show /any/ state event (at least as an option) in the room history rather than hiding ones we don't understand...
