Assumptions

This example makes the following assumptions:

• Application Root URL: https://immich.{{< sitevar name="domain" nojs="example.com" >}}/
• Authelia Root URL: https://{{< sitevar name="subdomain-authelia" nojs="auth" >}}.{{< sitevar name="domain" nojs="example.com" >}}/
• Client ID: immich
• Client Secret: insecure_secret

Configuration

Authelia

The following YAML configuration is an example Authelia client configuration for use with immich which will operate with the application example:

Application

To configure immich to utilize Authelia as an OpenID Connect 1.0 Provider:

1. Login to immich and visit the OAuth Settings.
2. On the screen that appears, enter the following information:
   • Issuer URL: https://{{< sitevar name="subdomain-authelia" nojs="auth" >}}.{{< sitevar name="domain" nojs="example.com" >}}/.well-known/openid-configuration.
   • Client ID: immich.
   • Client Secret: insecure_secret.
   • Scope: openid profile email.
   • Button Text: Login with Authelia.
   • Auto Register: Enable if desired.
3. Press Save at the bottom
