Amir Zarrinkafsh bbca37a903 test(suites): add 403 forbidden test in 1fa suite (#5624) ... This fixes an issue with the HAProxy integration whereupon receiving a 403 Forbidden that the proxy continues to attempt to forward the request to Authelia.
