Currently in `pulumi package add` URLs like `github.com/example/package` work fine, however if they are prefixed with `https://`, such as `pulumi package add https://github.com/example/package`, we currently error out. It was always intended that the latter form also works, so we add support for that here. Fixes https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/18344 |
