Closes PulumiCtx in Go AutoAPI during Up. 
This commit adds a defered close call to a PulumiCtx
that previously went unclosed. Because it was unclosed, it consistently
leaked a Goroutine.

This directory contains Pulumi SDKs for the following languages:

The language providers work by implementing gRPC interfaces defined in the top level directory proto.
