Joshua Rich e93f733505 feat(agent): ✨ initial migration from cobra to kong ... This commit changes the command-line parsing from using the Cobra package to the Kong package. Most command-line options have remained the same, while a few have changed. Most notably, to run the agent, you need to specify the `run` argument.
