Joshua Rich 24097f34c0 refactor!: major requests refactor 
BREAKING CHANGE: Major refactor of requests code
with internal breaking changes. Migrate from
`requests` package to `resty` package. This allows
exposing more details about the response from Home
Assistant, providing cleaner response handling
code. In addition, refactor code to migrate
tracker and request code into the hass package,
keeping the sensor code as a distinct package for
now.
